Mrs. Femi Nedd serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adino Asset Management Limited. She is an accomplished banker with over 20 years of experience within diverse roles in the financial industry.
She started her career in United Bank for Africa plc (UBA), before joining Guaranty Trust Bank where rose to be the Group Head, Retail Banking Lagos Island I, the Divisional Head, Small and Medium Enterprise Lagos Island II, and the Divisional Head, Commercial Bank Lagos Island. She is currently an Executive Director Sales in Lukefield Finance Company.

Femi holds a Bsc. Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Imperial College London.

Mr. Alex Urhude is the Head of Treasury & Sales. He is an experienced banker with over 17 years of experience in treasury,currency and securities trading, liquidity management, asset and liability management, business analysis, and reporting. Prior to joining the Adino group, Alex was the Chief Dealer/Treasurer at SunTrust Bank Nigeria Limited. He had also previously worked in the Treasury Department of Ecobank as a Fixed income Securities Dealer. He started his career at Oceanic Bank International Plc where he spent a few years in the Credit and Marketing Department.

Mr. Urhude holds a B.Sc. Degree in Accounting from the Delta State University and a Masters in Finance (M.Sc.) degree from the University of Lagos.

Mr. Michael is an astute commercial lawyer with years of experience in capital markets, M&A and Finance.He is currently the Global Chairman of the Tokunbo Orimobi Legal Group
– an international legal practice with offices in Abuja, Ibadan, Lagos, London,New York, Port Louis and Pretoria. He doubles as the Managing Partner of the Group’s Nigerian Practice – Tokunbo Orimobi LP. Michael, in the course of his legal career has been able to perfectly combine his legal background with his investment banking experience in proffering highest quality legal advisory services to clients.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from the University of Lagos as well as a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge.

Mr. Olumuyiwa Femi-Pearse an experienced business professional with hybrid exposure to private and public sectors.He is the Founder/ CEO of The SME Mall, a digital business toolkit that helps small companies access business support services. Olumuyiwa was previously at Ecobank Nigeria Limited where he gained exposure to Strategy Implementation, Value Chain business management and SME banking. He has also held roles in Diamond Bank, Mainstreet Bank and Intercontinental Bank ( Now Access Bank). He started his career at FDHL Group where he was the head of FDHL Market Intelligence.

Mr. Femi-Pearse holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Lagos.

Mrs. Itunu Lawrence is a seasoned legal practitioner with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, compliance, and the financial services industry. Currently she serves as Head, Legal and Compliance at Rubies Bank.

Her prior roles include Compliance Officer and Company Secretary at Qupital Limited, Partner at I.Lawrence Practice and Legal Officer at Guaranty Trust Bank plc.

She holds a Bachelors in Law (LLB) from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Barrister -at- Law (B.L) from The Nigerian Law School.
